I had an issue in apt. ,due to neighbors upstairs.I was told Travis would come and he showed up on time. He was very professional. Travis answered my many questions. Thanks Travis!

I came in to the office to pick up a rental application. I returned the next day to turn it with all the appropriate fees. I was treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. All my questions were thoroughly answered. I received emails with prompt and clear communications. It let me know that when the time does come for me to move in, I will be treated fairly. The outside of each complex is clean and well kept. Both are very good indicators of how serious management is about keeping their property nice and presentable to its tenants.

We looked at relocating back to NC recently and while we didn't move here (life took us another direction at the last minute and is keeping us abroad another year), I have to say that the staff was just the sweetest. Michele was wonderful and so patient with all of our questions. I was nervous since some of the reviews weren't that great but the staff seems to be doing a great job. If it looks like life will let us move back to NC again, we will definitely be back!

I’m sorry but these reviews are all lies! This is the projects!! They fight an argue every night management does nothing about it! The kids out here are disrespectful and keep the grounds nasty with trash or broken glass bottles. Travis may be the only good thing here. But We only have hot water for 2mins! THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS WHEN MAJOR THINGS HAPPEN THE OFFICE DOES NOT LET PEOPLE KNOW. Cars being broken into or stolen!

Travis has been a great help to me with various projects. He's the BEST n has caught on extremely quick to his new employment here. I've lived her 3 going on 4 years..hrs he's the BOMB
