I have been renting from DMS properties for 8 years now and from that first year to now they have been nothing short of exceptional. Any repair or issue with the house have been addressed immediately from first point of contact. I’ve always felt like a friend versus a customer with them due to how they show genuine concern for my family. The monthly correspondence via email/mail give tips on various topics from owning a home to saving for future which I find helpful as I work towards those goals. I would highly recommend DMS properties!

There was no contact when I reached out on multiple occasions. Communication receives 0 stars if that were possible. Edit: After the reply by DMS, since I am not able to reply back, it took you less than an hour to reply back - in a condescending way I might add. I will say though that it is possible to help everyone, that is why I left the review. If my honest review is not optimal for your business, may I suggest that you fix the communication issue that you have. Perhaps some respectful replies as well, I am not coming out of nowhere with my review, I can assure that you have multiple inquiries from me, you are simply trying to save face at this point. 0 stars...

If I could I’d rate it lower, had to harass them to get the house originally and the minute I moved in they were nothing but unhelpful and unresponsive. The whole family owned business is to neglect property, quick fix big issues and ignore basic needs while treating renters with utter distain. If you can steer FAR away

I've been using them for years. They managed our rental property and sold one of our homes for us. They are very prompt with answering any issues that may come up. They have always been very professional with us. I would recommend them to anyone 100%.

Terrible communication, horrible customer service, poor management, if I could give it 0 stars I would. It took us a MONTH to get the paperwork and property ready for us and even then we had to CHASE AND HUNT DOWN the actual property management. Once we finally got in contact with them they take days to reply, most unprofessional company we have dealt with. DO NOT recommend to anyone buying a house or renting.
