Horrible and incompetent. Had me fill out an application just to tour an apartment. Spent two weeks collecting all my personal information. When I followed up after no reply, Stephanie told me the property wasn't even available. Wasted two weeks of my time for absolutely no reason. Stephanie also failed to spell a single message to me correctly. This is not a legitimate company. Stay away.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst property management company I've ever dealt with in my entire life and I've dealt with multiple companies in multiple states. Edit: The snowstorm is a tiny thing compared to their overall incompetence over many many years in a wide variety of areas. Can't even get their records right because we have lived here since 2009 not 2011. They also don't even use my actual address on legal documents. Again, I could go on for hours about an uncountable number of things that makes them THE WORST.

I am a mortgage broker and work with many management companies. In order to get buildings approved by different lenders I am constantly dealing with management companies. Most are not very good at all and are very difficult to deal with. I recently worked with Brittany at DKR Property Management to get a development approved and she was truly a pleasure. She sent us everything we asked for and always within the day. Most importantly, her attitude was phenomenal. Banks can be very difficult asking for many specific items. Brittany never got frustrated and was always so nice. Her attitude is outstanding and I can't praise Brittany and DKR Management enough!

I decided to use this property mgmt company as a landlord but luckily dodged a bullet and canceled prior to any tenant occupancy. Their incompetence ,lack of professionalism and outrageous fee structure made this decision easy. If you can't spend 30 minutes of time to clean a spotless house that's been granted a certificate of occupancy, and instead tell me you're refusing to advertise the property until I fix petty cosmetic issues, this is how you lose business. They left the house without locking the key back into the lockbox, instead leaving it wide open on the front door. They also caved in to the unreasonable demands of a mentally unstable tenant that was denied housing by me because she was financially unqualified , had horrible credit, and a husband with a criminal history of drug
