Dixon Heights

My daughter recently leased one of the townhouses. We have concerns about ongoing maintenance issues particularly with the air conditioning system. The system had no usable filters inserted and the apparently has had no maintenance for quite some time. The unit has not been functioning adequately resulting in uncomfortable temperatures and high utility costs. Additionally, the ceiling fans are noisy and wobbly and downstairs bathroom fan sounds like an airplane taking off. The fridge has an icemaker but it is not hooked up. Despite reporting the problems the issues remain unresolved. If you are planning to lease a townhouse here I would suggest talking to current or previous tenants about the summer utility costs.

4 start due to online app not working completely, could have been from running on WiFi. Otherwise 5 STARS all the way, the leasing agent was amazing not only did she answer every question I had. She is so nice and polite. She humbly put any doubts away by assuring me that everything needed was close by.

With all things in life, there is room for error. What makes Dixon Heights exceptional, is the staff’s integrity and dedication to a higher quality of service. I’ve recently moved into my Town House (today makes 2 whole days). It was a quick process. I am relocating to the area from a different state. Kylie & Noah has been accommodating and respectful at every obstacle along the way. I must have called the rental office 27 times the day I moved in. Kylie answered my calls and politely answered my questions. I may have placed a dozen concerns (all minor/cosmetic) on my move-in walk through list and Noah has addressed and remedied each item. As a veteran with intense anxiety and PTSD, I appreciate the attention and care I have received. 🩵

Management is nice and easy to work with, zero issues there. Could use new appliances, better pest control, less aggressive dog acceptance, and some sound proofing measures between floors if you'd like to get a decent night's sleep. Would be nice to have something besides a "bark park" to show for rent increase.

Apartment manager was polite and helpful. This is my first experience living in an apartment. I assumed the cleaning they give after the apartment is vacated would be through. The kitchen doors were dirty with grease, the bathtub had scum. Had I known before we came c with furniture, I would have personally cleaned it.
