They look nice but don't be fooled. They are ran by Olympia. They are cheaply maintained at best. The lawn care is provided by someone Olympia hired. It is cut unevenly before they blow clippings onto your patio (in the ground level apartments). The gym equipment doesn't work (not a single one of the pieces of equipment work). People speed through the parking lot on a daily basis. People smoke drugs in their apartments and cause the neighboring units to smell horrible. There are all kinds of issues with people stealing from other people. If you live in a lower unit, be prepared to sacrifice any peace you may have once had because the neighbors here are incredibly loud. No control over their children. My car has been dented in the parking lot. Olympia wants to do things as cheaply as possib

Appaloosa used to be a great apartment but over the years going from property manager to property manager it has rapidly declined the newest property manager does not take maintenance serious leaving elderly tenants with no AC in the hottest time of the year, does not respect boundaries, and has been violating laws with harassing tenants and popping up unannounced without a 24-hour notice, forcing her way inside occupied units

These are beautiful apartments and the people are very friendly. The office personnel take their time with you when filling out an application for an apartment. They also give you a guided tour of an apartment so you know what they look like.

Oh this is THE PLACE to live. The Manager Hope is SO helpful and attentive and runs this place PERFECT, her and the Maintenance man, whew, I can't say enough good things about that hard working, kind and caring man who takes such good care of us all! Not to mention that boy is FINE😳🥵🥵🥵🥰 gurl! anybody see a wedding band? #snoozeNlose

Very nice Apts. Only reason not 5 stars is they seem to allow the noise to get thru the floors and not consider you can't help you are living there below my friends and they can hear everything above them.
