Dixmyth Hills Apartments

This is where one of my immediate Family member of mine lives, and has lived since 2019. The only reason I give 4 out of 5 stars is because instead of central air there is an air conditioner built into the wall. But it keeps the entire apartment feeling great. This is a better & safer area of Cincinnati. I walked from this area to paycor stadium which these apartments are located right when you get into Cincinnati & on the edge of Cincinnati university. The hospita (Good Samaritan) is literally right here too. Incase you have any emergency you are right there. This is a clean Low-Crime area as well. I highly recommend these apartments. They have stations set up for bags & trash can to put your dog droppings located on-site as well. It is pet friendly & the tenants are very polite & mind th

I lived here for a little over a year as I attended courses up the road at UC. The cost was fantastic for the space I was provided, my neighbors were friendly, despite being relatively close to the road the property was quiet, the few maintenance issues that I had were quickly resolved, improvements to the property were made consistently throughout my residency to include the road, internal walls, security, railings, landscape, and more. The biggest plus was the management as there wasn’t an issue that either Jessica or Iris couldn’t quickly resolve. All around a pleasant experience at the perfect cost for a student attending classes at the local institutions.

So far my experience has been wonderful. I was contacted by Iris Southers very soon after i inquired about the apartments and she was so nice, professional, and very knowledgeable! If I decide to move into one of these apartments she will remain a huge part of that decision. Its so nice to deal with someone who is respectful and very nice to talk with and whom I feel deserves my respect in return. Thank You Iris for your kindness and wealth of information you provided me with it was very much appreciated and very refreshing.

Jessica who works in the office is a wonderful person. She makes sure everything gets taken care of, is always on top of things, and is super nice. While covering for the property manager while she was on leave; Jessica has done so much for us including following up on our problems after maintenance has left to make sure everything is done and taken care of. While taking one of my dogs on a walk, my other dog had decided to lock the pad lock on the door and lock me out. I had called the office and asked for someone to come and help me get in; Jessica advised me that maintenance was busy at the moment but she could come over with a screw driver and try to help herself even though she was also busy with work. Jessica helped me get in my apartment and even fixed my pad lock back. So thankful

I’ve lived here for just about five years. Maintenance is extremely difficult to get in touch with. There was a roofing crew working on our roof, I live on the top floor, the careless and reckless roofing crew busted a gigantic gaping hole through my ceiling, maintenance came and patched it with drywall, promising that it would be fully repaired the next day. I received a call while at work that I had not given consent for them to enter my apartment to fix the gigantic gaping hole. When I got off work, I called them and inquired about it. I was told that they would be out tonight to fix it. When I arrived home, it was clear that they had not been in to fix it.
