Finding Rani and her team at Divine Investments was an absolute gift to my small East Side condo association. From her knowledge of the best service providers to her efficient management of our group, she has helped us maintain a beautiful historic home with pride. We have all learned so much about the upkeep of our home, including the prioritization of projects. At the end of the day, Rani has always let us have our own say in how to proceed and has helped us keep the maintenance of our home within budget. Divine has been my property management company for nearly 2 years now, and it has been a fantastic experience! My partner and I have been renting from Divine Investments since February 2024. In that time, we have been very happy & satisfied with the management of the property. We wanted to make some modifications to the front yard (installed a book box and a small garden) and the property managers made it very simple to make those requests to the landlord. We have also had several instances of appliances being damaged or in need of maintenance. DI's turnaround time has always been really quick, and we have not been inconvenienced for longer than necessary. Additionally, DI's rent rates as of 11/6/25 have been very reasonable, with increases being manageable and communicated in a timely manner.
