It takes three or more requests and one week or more just for one price reduction in addition to many other telephone calls and other communications pertaining to the potential sale. Felt totally ignored. Divine Fog will not cancel contract without requiring a payment if property is sold even though the client is consistently ignored and they fail to fulfill the contract. We say go where you are treated with respect! Worst realtor experience!
