If I could give more than a 5 Star rating I would! After the passing of our mom, we signed with Freddie DiTommaso to proceed with sale of mom’s home. From the onset you can sense the level of trust & knowledge. Spending time to explain the entire sales process, hosting open houses, being there for inspectors, surveyors, appraisers. Returned every phone call, every text, kept us updated on the status. Freddie became more of a family member, rather than a realtor. The property has been sold I can’t see anyone not calling Freddie DiTommaso. I thank you for your efforts and a seamless process.

Very disappointing. Worked with christine and camille. We had schedule a tour for an apartment and the broker wasnt even there. Then scheduled a time to tour in person, both brokers were confused and only one person had the keys. And when we schedule a phone call they called me an hour prior to the time set. They have absolutely no value towards peoples time. Would not recommend

If I could give her 0 stars I would. I had an extremely poor experience working with Ferhana Naeem during my home purchase. She was absent for key events like the inspection and was more than 15 minutes late for final walkthrough, often saying she was busy with her other job. Ferhana gave misleading information, arrived late, and failed to follow through on important events/priorities After closing I found major issues with the house that she told me were “all good" previously. When I raised concerns, she was rude and dismissive, saying “it has nothing to do with me.” Her negligence, disorganization, and lack of accountability made this process stressful and very costly. I would never trust or recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

We worked with Lori F. to sell my in laws home in Tottenville. Lori was absolutely amazing through the whole process. She was very responsive, attentive, and empathetic to our sensitive and emotional situation. Lori went above and beyond for us. I was so happy that I reached out to her to help guide us through this process. She made it seemless for us. I also love that Lori is such a giving person by always donating some of her commission to charities of her clients choice!! Plus, she and her family ban together to give back to the community.
