HONEST Review After 3 Years Living Here I lived at these apartments from 2023 until recently, and now that I’ve moved out, here is my full, honest review. This place might work if you’re young and don’t mind chaos, but it’s definitely not ideal for families. When I first moved in, it was peaceful but over time, the entire complex went downhill. It’s become extremely rundown, and it feels like they’ll approve anyone just to fill units. Let me start with the staff. Lori, the manager, is genuinely great. She listens, she helps, and she actually cares. But the rest of the staff especially Kimberly need serious training. I have never rented locally, and as a Veteran currently in the pre-law program at WBU location is essential for me overall. Now working full time, Lori has been there for me during my transition overall with my new chapter in life. Creating a stable environment for me to study and grow with District West Properties, hands down I would recommend anyone to this location. These are the worst apartments shortly after I moved in my ac went out I moved in May 30,2023 my ac went out a week later I sent so many emails calls went to office in person every time they would say they would send maintenance but they always said it was working which it wasn’t I moved out August 2023 and I had 2 units in my living room I couldn’t even sleep in my bedroom because it was hot now they are suing me for almost $4000. They were quick to do that but not fix my ac worst experience ever

Do not rent here the place is invested with roaches and fleas and gnats. Charging ridiculous rates for a rundown complex. No water for multiple days a week. And definitely no hot water at all The place needs to be condemned. It's not right how they show you one apartment and rent a totally different apartment. Do not get conned like we did. Beware...

Lived here for 2 years and they couldn’t figure out how to fix my hot water issues. I used to leave service requests in January and they would get deleted the same day. Management did not care to fix it. It was also gross cooking in my kitchen since it would get covered in mice feces every single week, I’m not sure what they do with all the money they charge for pest control. It smelled like weed the whole time I lived there, laundromat appliances don’t work, they don’t return the deposit, and everyone moves out as soon as they find out how bad of a place to live in it is.
