I've lived here for 4 years and have always enjoyed living here. Im a single mother and safety is a priority. Never once have I had any issues that would make myself or my children feel unsafe in our home. Management is always willing to work with you and make you feel like your apartment is your home. I will continue to live here until I'm able to buy a home of my own. Thank you Management and maintenance for all your hard work.

Unfortunately, please be aware of this property because we should’ve moved when new management took over. The property is not being attended to like previous management. Assistant manager states one thing and does another. Charged us over $1k to transfer within the community. My family and I, moved from one unit to what they call a fully-renovated apartment. The upside is fresh paint, new appliances, and flooring. However, we have a lot of roach activity. No screens in windows, old doors with new handles, that don’t stay closed because of the heavy overlaps of paint, and sandblasted tub with outdated fixtures. Our top floor apartment steps are dry rotted and falling apart. We were told they would fix them. At this point it’s a hazard to walk up and down the steps. Trash pickup is a big iss

Kiara is such an angel, she's very patient and experienced in making your move as easy and stress-free as possible. Im in love with the unit , and also the location. Two months in, and the staff is certainly still friendly, however, maintenance tickets don't get addressed, even after multiple tickets are submitted for the same thing. Assistant manager always seems surprised the job wasn't done, and doesn't ask for confirmation that a ticket has been resolved. Been here about three weeks. Place seems relatively nice and quiet. Staff is friendly is pretty attentive. There's train tracks nearby, but they're not super loud. I tried reaching out about my issues via email and have not received a response. (i think their automatic email system is broken. direct emails get through). I was able to get things taken care of when i visited during office hours though.
