I’ve had a great experience so far! My unit’s hot water was not working and the maintenance came in same day as my request and resolved the issue. Trash valet has been great and the package locker is a great convenience to have. The gym is spacious and has good equipment. Shoutout to Kiana for all the help with leasing and the move-in process!

(Updated x3) My wife and I have lived here for 3 years, and there is a lot to break down here from the perspective of an apartment owner. Firstly, the staffing situation; very unpredictable. The staff here have been very pleasant to interact with basically all the time, don’t get me wrong, but the corporate land lord that owns the complex here has a bad habit of firing the staff (front office and maintenance) and replacing them every so often, without telling anyone, it throws a lot of administrative things off, like getting a new lease, wondering if your maintenance request got lost, fixing the property, etc. Overall scummy corporate practices, for a staff that really doesn’t deserve it. They work really hard here, but the moment they have to “call corporate” to make a request for us, o

We lived at the District for 2 years and loved it. The office staff was so friendly and we never had any problems with the neighbors. Everyone kept to themselves and mind their own business. The gym is good size, beautiful swimming pool and enough parking for everyone. Maintenance was fast and reliable always took care of our issues. Our fur babies loved the balcony. And the price we paid for a 2 bedroom 2 bath was very cheap we got it at a really good deal.

Been living here for almost a year, and at least one of the two elevators in my building has been down. The other day BOTH were down. Now, I’ve seen disabled people living on the 4th floor and I can’t even imagine how much trouble they have trying to get down four flights of stairs with both elevators down. My elderly mother had to climb the stairs to the top floor the other day, she was in so much pain but she had to get home. It’s ridiculous how long the elevators are down for. It does not take 2-3 months to get an elevator to work and just for it to break down again a couple of weeks later. I’ve also seen previous management get mad when I have visited the office to ask a question about parking. That day, she stated that they were closed despite never sending a message out to tenants an

***Update** They’ve made some great changes here recently and I hope the current staff here stays and that they continue to what they’ve been doing. There’s been food trucks these last few weeks and it just seems to be more welcoming, more homey. I've lived here for quite some time, and I honestly don’t understand how the property manager is receiving such great reviews. Just the other day, I walked into the office to follow up on a work order and witnessed her loudly scolding a staff member—in front of other residents and employees. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I can't imagine how that staff member must have felt. In my experience, the manager's presence seems to be the only consistent part of her role. When residents ask questions, the response is often, "Let me call you b
