District at Biltmore Apartments Phoenix

I’ve lived here for about 6 months and wanted to give a shout-out to the property manager, Ivette, as many other reviews have done. She is warm, friendly, and genuinely engaged with her residents. If issues arise (whether resident- or unit-related) she listens and does her best to resolve them. It truly makes a difference living somewhere where you know your property manager genuinely cares about both her residents and the community. Ivette also goes above and beyond to create a sense of community by organizing social events that help residents get to know their neighbors, and it’s clear she puts her heart into those efforts.

I love living here! I have lived here for almost 2 years and I just re-signed for another year. Ivette in the front office has been really helpful and always so responsive! The maintenance always gets to my requests the same day or next. The common areas are great - love the rooftop with a fire table and the pool. I enjoy the area, walking distance to coffee, shops and Trader Joe’s/Whole Foods.

The property manager here, Ivette, is the best! The rest of the staff is as well. I had a maintenance issue that I let Ivette know about, and she got it handled right away. This place is also really dog friendly, which I love. Within a few short months, I already have several neighbors' phone numbers that my dog comes to play with at the dog run here. It really feels like a nice community here. There are some minor issues, but for the area and the community, it's not even worth mentioning.

This has been the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in! It’s very clean, quiet, and the outside pool and rooftop areas are amazing. The staff is super nice - Ivette was beyond helpful to help me transfer units and very prompt to communicate clearly with me. My husband and I love living here and renewed our lease! Unbeatable view of the sunrise of camelback from our balcony.

This is a great building to live in. I initially lived here 10 years ago before purchasing my home. When I sold my home and wanted to return to renting, it was an obvious option to return to. I have been here for a year and a half, and already committed to another year. The space is clean and well maintained. If you have a maintenance issue, it is handled next day. The team here is so responsive and kind. Can't say enough good things.
