If you are considering purchasing or renting a property that would be managed by them, I would highly suggest you reconsider. Simply put, they do not know what they are doing. They will give you little to no advanced notice of long-term construction that will affect your life for weeks on end. I have been woken up at 7:20AM to the sound of construction outside during these past two weeks of Christmas and New Year's. The email notice for the announcement of this construction came less than 24 hours prior to its commencement. They do not care about you and the life you live.

I have been renting a house for 4 years that is managed by DPS. They have always been very responsive. They also find the nicest people to send for contractors. I have been very impressed by them.

Perhaps they are taking on too much. Do not feel as though concerns are taken seriously. Largely ignored. If they were more present at the property locations, and gave timely responses (with follow-through), they would be more satisfactory.

Consistently unresponsive and unreliable.

Stay far away from this company. They are inept.
