It was an absolute pleasure working with Distinctive Drafting for my new home. Their customer service was on-point and their entire team was amazing, it was a perfect experience and I would recommend to anyone. The virtual reality walkthrough of my design was extremely helpful in looking at the final vision and I was able to make changes where needed on things you can't see on the paper plan. Don't hesitate to talk to them if you're in need of plans.

Working with Distinctive Drafting and Design was an absolute smooth experience. Our drive from southern Minnesota was well worth it for our first meeting. After that all was conducted remotely in a completely seamless and efficient manner. We had a somewhat unique build that presented some challenges. They stepped up to the plate each time with creativity and very workable ideas. Everyone at Distinctive is incredibly responsive when it comes to emails and calls and their timeline always matched exactly what we were told. We could not have been happier with Distinctive Drafting and Design. They provided us with a beautiful design as well as excellent service.

When I decided to build a lake home, Distinctive Drafting and Design was recommended to me by my brother who is co-owner at the Uncommon Loon Brewing Company. He was absolutely right in saying they were easy to work with and had many good ideas. I was impressed by their professionalism, processes and commitment to excellent work. When we had issues (not design, they accommodated our schedule pause and picked up again as we got through them. We are still waiting to build and are excited to see designs come to reality!

We are working on our second big project with Distinctive Drafting and are always amazed at the quality of their process and the fantastic plans. The plans for a very complicated tri-plex new build and a big pop-top sailed through the plan review at the City of Minneapolis - which is not easy to do.
