Courtyard Apartments

So far my experience has been great, beautiful place to live, still getting settled in. It's great to see the city I grew up in expanding, glad to be back home after being away for 16 years. Was surprised to even see the Northern Lights the other night from the apartments.

Awesome Managers and a Beautiful place to live. We are not ones to live in an apartment, but we are adjusting and there are so many perks you don’t have to pay like no shoveling, snow blowing and no mowing, etc. compared to owning a home.

The apartments where you have to be out of the parking lot by 9am or be towed at 9:01 when it snows for a sub par plow job and walk ways to not be shoveled so you can get to your cars.

I'm disgusted by the dozen or so units that still have Christmas lights out on their decks. North side is the worst. 35 days after Christmas, I stared at Christmas lights during super bowl. Valentines day, came home to Christmas lighths. St Patrick's day, 80 days after Christmas, and I come home to Christmas lights. No green. Do we really need to ride through Easter with these Christmas lights hanging? It's almost April. Every night i come home and this place still lit up like a Christmas tree. They should have a requirement for residents to remove Christmas lights by a certain time. Disgraceful.

Awesome place to live...DW Jones Managment is awful though and hopefully the owners of these apartments will go with a different management company soon.
