This company sucks to rent from lived at one of their properties for a few years and if you put in a work order it would take weeks to months to get anything done. and the move out process is such a scam they make you pay for professional carpet cleaning and then keep you deposit claiming to have used it to clean items that did not even exist on the property or charge for nail holes even when the lease says you can use nails to hang art. it makes sense they don't have a physical office, it's much easier to ignore your tenants needs when they can't knock on your door!

Discovery 1 is such a great place to rent from. I rented 2 homes from 2017 to 2023. I was sad to leave them but so thankful to have had the great experience I did. They were always so quick to get to my work orders and communicated very well with me. Thank you Discovery 1 team for making my experience a great one!

I’ve worked with Dwayne at Discovery for about 5 years now. He helped me buy my current home, managed my rental property, and recently helped me sell my rental. I was always able to get a hold of someone promptly with any issue I had. If you want a company that is reliable and will get things done correctly and in a timely fashion, I would recommend Discovery 1 Realty. I have had a great experience working with everyone. They are all very helpful and knowledgeable about buying, selling, and managing properties.

I have been renting from Discovery 1 Reality for a little more then six months now and I can honestly say they are extremely friendly, professional, honest, compassionate and very easy to work with. Everyone in the company takes the time to know who you are and easy assist with anything you need. I have rented from other companies in the past and do not plan on leaving Discovery 1 unless I purchase a house. I would highly recommend Discovery 1 Reality to any friend or family member. As long as you are a good renter and hold up to your duties, you will have no problems! I would give them an A+! Great Job Discovery 1 Reality!

I have been renting from Discovery 1 Realty since October of 2014. I just renewed for another year and couldn't be happier with them. They are very attentive when it comes to fixing any problems that we have and have someone on the phone with me in less than an hour to have someone sent out. They do their inspections twice a year which if I was the homeowner, would give me peace of mind in knowing that they truly care about and take care of their rental properties. Everyone in the office is really friendly in person and over the phone. I will continue to rent from Discovery 1 until I'm ready to buy a house on my own!
