I work with many property management companies, and I would recommend DiNardo to any potential tenant, homeowner, or investor. DiNardo manages 2 of our properties in Daytona. Christine and Jessica are OUSTANDING! Extremely professional, informative, and attentive. They place the tenant, work with the tenant, work with getting problems rectified, etc. I honestly have nothing bad to say about DiNardo. Excellent company!

I have been working with DiNardo for more than a decade, and they have been absolutely everything I am looking for in a property manager and more. They've gotten me and my property through hurricanes, HOA issues, and more, and I have always felt total confidence in their stewardship. There is total transparency and responsiveness when I have questions, but mostly I just let them take care of everything from my place on the other side of the country and I rarely have a reason to think about it. I wish they were a nationwide organization, because I have a few West Coast properties I would love to tranfer to their care.

I have been using this company since 2019 when I acquired some rental properties in Daytona Beach. I have always been pleased with the service provided. Tenant issues are resolved and maintenance items are always communicated and addressed quickly. As a rental property owner, my goal has always been to create passive income. With the partnership and services provided by DiNardo property management the revenue from my rentals is passive.

Very nice people. They take care of business and best of all, they are honest and actually return a fair security deposit. I got all of mine back! 100% of it. I’ve always done a good job cleaning but I’ve never gotten the full thing back until now.
