As a tenant, I must say they are exceptional landlords! The properties are always immaculate, communication is on point, and very considerate of the tenant mix. I highly recommend coming into their portfolio
NEVER EVER TRUST OR DEAL WITH DIMARCO THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND CHEAT YOU ON MATERIALS. THEYLL USE FAMILY DOLLAR GLUE AND RUIN YOUR PROJECT. THEYLL NEVER EVER FINISH YOUR WORK. I LIVE IN THE PINES OF PERINTON APARTMENTS AFTER THEY GOT 137 MILLION DOLLARS FOR THIS COMPLEX TO BE RENOVATED IN THE END THEY USE DOLLAR TREE GLUE AND WOOD ALL THEY DO GIVE PEOPLE THE RUN AROUND... THEY SHOULD LOSE THEIR LICENSE FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH STATE FUNDING MONEY. I WILL GLADLY REPORT DIMARCO...
Not sure why the above review was a one star. Companies like DiMarco that donate and take a active role in our community are fantastic. I have met the owners of this company many times and they couldn't be more humble.
Extremely friendly, helpful and efficient staff. I spoke with Marcie who was truly a pleasure to deal with.
They take forever to complete a job!!
