Dillon shell home builders was the right choice for us! They gave us friendly, experienced and personable service. We finished and moved into our home about 2 months ago and it’s exactly what we wanted. Shout out and the biggest thanks to M. Dillon for making this project understandable and fun!! I hope to be able to build again with them someday.

Dillon Shell Homes built our custom detached garage. They had built several homes in our area already so we were familiar with their product. Dillon homes did an excellent job building our retirement ranch home. We actually had it built several years ago and I'm just now adding this recommendation. We gave them the design and they went to work. They stuck to the price and did a great job with quality. They were also flexible and easy to work with. During the middle of the build, we decide to add a loft, and it was no big deal. We have been very happy with their work.

Deciding to build a home is a big step. Especially when you do your own GC for finishing. Finding and using Dillon homes was a great decision. They were extremely helpful in establishing a sequence of priorities for me to follow. One of the main things needed to building yourself. But the main thing that prompted me to write a review was the integrity they hold as the foundation for their business. It is head and shoulders above average. They want you to succeed and have always been more than fair and reasonable. I am extremely pleased with the home they built for me. And cannot stress the importance of having a contractor with such a high level of expertise and integrity.
