In a nutshell, we have tried to use d&j on more than one occasion. each occasion, we have had no communication from their end. You hear one thing back from her, and won't hear anything more for days to a week. and as soon as they find out they won't be getting any money from you; they completely stop any communication. VERY unprofessional. NOT pleased at all.
I recently bought a house from them they have lied about time frames from the jump the guy david that brings your house will take up your house and land getting it there and knock down trees he dont need to. They will lie about promotions and not fallow through with them and they will take there time getting electric and water hooked up even if there is no rain.
Friendly service but not a lot to choose from.
OVER priced. Period.
