I’ve been renting with this company for over 9 years and they are absolutely incredible. I absolutely love working with them which is crazy because I as a business owner shouldn’t “enjoy” paying my rent but I do! They’re responsive, quick to respond to any issues and the office staff is so personable and caring. Thank you for all that you do! Each of you are incredible.

This company access landlord to the Kohl's department store near Waterford Lakes. They hired a subcontractor to do some painting on the sidewalk in front of Kohl's. The subcontractor cursed at me screamed at me and called me stupid and used profanity towards me when I exited the building because I must have stepped on some of his paint. I of course did not realize this if I did it. When I called this realty company to complain about this worker the gentleman who answered the phone and identified himself as the owner and manager was very dismissive of me and very condescending towards me. He obviously seems to think that it is okay for the people he hires to treat customers with such disrespect. I do not blame Kohl's, I blame their landlord. I wouldn't do business with this company for any
