Do not use this builder. I used this builder when I first moved to the MS area. The initial consultations were fine but the builder never provided me with any actual quotes for the work, instead I would just get a text or email with the cost. I decided to go with them anyway. Big mistake. The work took longer than I thought and the workmanship was bad. I had a door installed on an enclosed patio that warped 2 weeks after install. When I notified the builder they told me I could pay for a whole new door at the full original price. Some of the drainage pipes coming out of the gutters are still above ground because they were not buried property/deep enough. I have tried to contact the builder who told me that I have voided my warranty because I used another plumber to fix a sump pump
