Been trying to contact Bobby/Benchmark on behalf of a mutual client of ours because I see his name and info on her Closing Disclosure, to help her with an FHA streamline for almost two weeks, and his completely inept secretary either tells me they don’t have the document (which is a violation of RESPA), hasn’t even bothered to look, or my calls to his direct line are immediately sent to voicemail after a ring or two, not like it’s off. The client had her lawyer call them, and he hung up on her lawyer too. Work with Benchmark at your own risk, this company is shady.

Benchmark title is awesome for real estate closings. They have quick turnaround time, reasonable pricing, and very accommodating to myself and my real estate clients.
