I called the other day and I kept getting a receptionist by the name of Roxanna. Roxanna was not only highly disrespectful and rude, but she would consistently put me on hold and then hang up the phone after waiting a few minutes. She had done this repeatedly. I then requested to speak to the manager, and she would say the manager wasn't available, but then when the manager was available, the manager said that she was going to dismiss me and not even entertain the questions I had about the apartments. So I had to specifically ask again after I had asked the first time to speak to the manager, to which she finally handed the phone over to her manager, whose name is Leslie. Avoid at all costs – worst living experience ever. If I could give zero stars, I would. I lived at Diamond Ridge Apartments (Apt 3216 to be exact) for two years, and the second year was absolute hell. - Roach infestation: No matter how clean I kept my apartment, there were roaches everywhere—the kitchen, the living room, even my bed. I contacted pest control multiple times, and their treatments somehow made the problem worse. I ended up buying my own supplies because management was useless. - Black mold: There was black mold in my bathroom and by the water heater, which I’m sure did nothing good for my lung cancer diagnosis. Management never properly addressed it. - Fake security: They have signs saying there are cameras, but there are none. My hubcaps were stolen within two months of mo
I never had hot water when I live there. I found lots of black mold inside the AC unit refrigerator never worked. My first week living there I had a break in. It took them three months come and fix my door. Play always gave me nothing by broken promises. Can you put me on the second floor and I am disabled. I have some several times to move me after they broke into my apartment and they told me they would so I just moved out of I'll never live there again. Moving in your own risk.
If i could rate this place with negative stars I would. The office will never email you back or answer any questions you have. No definite answers and they will continue to just talk around the subject. Took a year and half to even try to start fixing my having no hot water pressure issue (only because tenant moved in above me and didnt have pressure). I never have hot water, ill get it for half a day then nothing for weeks. Mold from the vents and all over the inside of the walls. They do not communicate nor are ever in a hurry to help. I have a child and a pregnant spouse that come into my home.. roaches, mold, no hot water... my child just got back from the hospital because of their negligence. The management is very selective in who is to pay for upkeep of apartment units. Upon my move out date, all the fees were paid, with signed and dated receipts by the management, and acknowledged emails from the management team. I also cleaned the apartment unit with photos, and even gave the supervisor of maintenance a large smart tv. After I move out I received notification to pay over $1000.⁰⁰ from the management. The management has not provided a statement or advised why that amount was owed. To this day, even after all the evidence of payment on my end, Diamond Ridge still has not provided any detailed explanation or documentation as to why over $1000.⁰⁰ is owed.
