Diamond Ridge Apartments

My experience with this apartment complex was extremely frustrating due to consistent lack of communication, unexpected extra charges, and poor overall quality. Management (Heather) was often unresponsive, making it difficult to get clear answers or resolve issues in a timely manner. I was charged additional fees without adequate explanation, which felt misleading and unfair. When I specifically asked for a supervisor’s name to escalate my concerns, Heather completely stopped responding, which only reinforced how unprofessional and dismissive the management is. Overall, the experience left me feeling ignored and taken advantage of, and I would not recommend living here.

I do not leave one star reviews lightly. My partner and I lived at Diamond Street for six months, and unfortunately, it was a consistently frustrating experience. The property manager, Heather, was frequently unreachable. The office door often displayed a sign stating she would “return later,” yet she was regularly inside and unwilling to answer. Communication was unreliable at best; emails often went unanswered for days, and follow-ups were almost always required. Maintenance response times were extremely slow. Basic issues, such as windows that wouldn’t open, took over a week to address, and even then, the solution was inadequate. Instead of properly repairing or replacing the windows, maintenance scraped off paint, leaving us with windows that still felt unstable and poorly installed

This property management so hard to reach, they will never pick up calls. And plz do not apply any of their apartments. They will do everything in their power to make you pay for the application fees. They made me pay the application fees, and I totally meet all the criteria. Days went by, calling them, never pick up the phone, emailing them, never get answer, went to the office and they giving me a bunch of lies. They absolutely scamming people by making them pay application fees. If 200 ppl pay $27 application fees for 1 unit, it’s $5,400. That alone, it’s a quicker away to make money and not dealing with tenants. I’m telling you guys, do not apply for any of their units it’s not worth it if you value you time and your money.

Sadly, this place is a joke. Was told move in date after taking money for fees would be mod october. Failed inspection for safety. Said 2 weeks to fix, 2 weeks later, nothing was done and need 2 more weeks. A month later, inspection done again to show only half of what was pointed out was fixed. At this point, no response from property manager, reaching out multiple times. If you value your money and safety, STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!! LANDLORD SLUMS. OVER A MONTH AND NOT ONE THING FIXED AND STILL SLEEPING IN MY CAR
