Living at this community has been such a wonderful experience! The entire staff has gone above and beyond to make sure residents feel valued and cared for. Every interaction—whether with the office team or maintenance crew—has been warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special shoutout to Paul from the maintenance team! He’s consistently prompt, efficient, and kind. Anytime a work order is submitted, it’s handled quickly and with great attention to detail. It’s rare to find a team that takes such pride in keeping everything running smoothly and making sure residents are satisfied. I’m truly grateful to live in a community that feels this well-managed and supported. Thank you to the entire staff for creating a place that feels like home!

We have lived here previously and loved our time here. Recently moved in again back in November when we found some issues with our unit. Mr. Paul remembered us from our previous time at the complex and made sure to promptly help with our issues as soon as he was made aware. Even took time out of his day to come back to our unit to fix something we hadn’t even made a maintenance request about yet. I appreciate his dedication to making sure tenants are well taken care of!

Today, March 11, 2025 makes 4 months of living here. Living at Diamond Lakes has been great and a warm welcoming at home. The move in process was very quick and easy to get into for it being my first apartment. The managers take pride in this complex very serious which is why the property is very clean and kept up very well. I see the man almost every morning outside picking up trash that was blown onto our property throughout the night. And the maintenance requests, they don’t ever disappoint! Although, as does every community, Diamond Lakes does have its cons. I do wish they’d update the gym to be quite more inviting. The units are very reasonable but, in my opinion, i do think they should they should do away with the popcorn ceilings. I have seen the updated units and they do look more

Mr. Paul is a great part of the maintenance team at Diamond Lakes. Our ac wasn't working when we first moved into our apartment and he came in and reset it for us. He also has made us feel very welcome while checking in on my boyfriend and I whenever he sees us out and about on property.

Tuesday October 21st I had a maintenance guy come in named Montrel Gdort, super respectful and nice man, came in calmly and cleaned out my AC, he is a hard worker and very time effective, he also can hold a great conversation while working, I can't even say I view him as a worker anymore but more of a friend now, he saw how our cabinets were adjar and decided to fix them for us. 10/10 would 100% would have him back to fix and help. In conclusion the best way to describe him: hard working, caring, respectful, understanding, and a great man. I wish him nothing but the best
