For FIVE YEARS I've had this review up! You didn't even care for 5 YEARS? Now you reply? What an insult! Frank Cortes pushed us into a home several years ago assuring is the rent in the area for half of our house would easily get us $1500 a month. 4 months in, we had to accept $1100 a month putting us into a hole that within 2 years put us into foreclosure. Thanks allot for ruining our family. We bet you enjoyed that fat commission that so many agents enjoyed while putting families into that mortgage collapse!! This is why people don't trust salesmen on commission! Lack of morals.

Frank is very easy to work with, he is one of the most kind and caring people I’ve had the pleasure to work with. You can tell he has a passion for Real Estate and puts his clients needs first in front of his own. I’ve worked on Commercial Real Estate with him but I’ve seen how he speaks with and cares for his Residential RE clients. Would recommend working with him he puts his community first and has knowledge and experience in RE.

I typically do not write reviews but I think this one is important. I really liked doing business with Frank Cortes. He helped us find the perfect home in 2008 and we still live there! He made sure we were 100% satisfied with our choice and he was, without a doubt, the most knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and professional realtor I've ever worked with. He really worked hard to get to know who we were along with our likes and dislikes while finding a home. We highly recommend Frank Cortes to anyone looking for a home. He is very responsive relator and will do what he can to make your home search as smooth as possible. I don't know why would any one write a bad review. My realtor was Carlos and he was like a family friend...so patient with us. Any other realtors would've given up on us and our nonsense. He stood by us and made sure we get good house in a GOOD LOCATION. It's ridiculous how some ppl write these ugly reviews!

This agency should be ashamed of the building they own. Its 2020, and NOT handicapped accessible
