I didn’t think this level of support and care from any company existed. That is until I met Alex Garcia, my loan officer. This review is a little difficult to write because there aren’t enough words to describe this man. From the very start, Alex didn’t make me feel like I was speaking to a lender, but a friend, while also being professional. He cares for his customers and makes them feel comfortable right away. This man is truly a people person. He would respond to calls, texts, and emails right away and always had answers/ advice for me. He would help me out at any time day or night if I had questions.
