DHC Property Management is the best management company I have experienced by far. The maintenance team and managers let's me know I have good landlords. I had a maintenance issue it was handled by three of the most professional workmanship guys only had to tell them one time and the job was Done and Completed within 1-day. Shout out to Wahji and Miguel Portillo very fine workmanship!!! And thanks again Wahji for sending the right team.
