Best apartments you’ll find in the area, clean and well maintained! Loved renting here! Apartments are spacious and free of bugs! Rent is affordable and management/maintenance are all very polite and always ready to help with any issue. Definitely recommend living here, they are honest and so friendly! Had a great experience living here for 2 years! Also shoutout to staff member Patricio for always being happy to help!

Horrible place to live. Trash everywhere, always smells like weed, prices continue to go up yet nothing is ever updated. Manager is rude, snippy, and unhelpful, maintenance takes forever to come fix an issue inside the home. Exterminator rarely comes. Lawn is unkept and littered upon. Appliances are so old they are barely workable. All of the staged pictures that the apartment complex has posted (pool, gym, entry, playground, etc.) are all fake- it does not look like that in person. Everybody’s entryways and staircases all throughout each building are broken, falling apart and just ugly. I could go on and on.

Please please please do not move in here!!!! My boyfriend lived here and i would visit him all the time we constantly felt uncomfortable. It is very poorly maintained and the landlord only cares about the money. My car was hot wired and totaled (grey car)all in this apartment complex and whoever did it was able to get away. My boyfriends car was also damaged in the process (red car) since he hit my car trying to stop the guy who hot wired mine. If you want to live stress free please consider somewhere else, especially if you have family.

Was taken on a tour by a very nice and helpful manager named Patricio and the quality of the apartments and the complex as a whole was very nice. The complex appeared to be very quiet and clean. The amenities included also seem like a great complement for the units. I don’t believe I had any issues at all with my initial visit and I look forward to being a future resident of this nice community :) Thanks again for being so helpful with the initial process Patricio!

I came to this community and was greeted by a very nice young lady. She took her time with me and my wife and even helped us fill out our application. We moved in and our apartment looked great. Its been 9 months now and we will be signing for another year.
