Without question, Eric is one of the most thorough home inspectors my client's have used, catching critical issues that could have been a much greater problem had it not been uncovered during the home inspection. He found missing shingles (never installed) on a new construction inspection, so I always recommend my clients get a third party, New Construction Home Inspection for that reason. His communication throughout the process is excellent and his reporting software and tools are very helpful in negotiating repairs.
