Destiny Homes

After a long planning and review process of multiple builders and locations in Lincoln, we chose Kenny German of Destiny Homes to build our new home in Boulder Ridge. We have been very please with Kenny and his team. He has been very easy to work with, and accommodated our multiple "changes" during the building process, etc. He is also a man of his word. If something is not completed up to his high standards, he will fix it until it is and we as the customer is satisfied. We would highly recommend Destiny Homes as your selection of a builder for your new home.

We bought a new construction home from Destiny Homes, Kenny German. We have spent months and hours trying to get items addressed and fixed. A BIG failure! They do not call back or respond to texts. Garage door panels need to be replaced, electrical outlets don't work and after company coming for the holidays heat does not blow out of the registers and very little water pressure in the guest area downstairs. In addition, the Forman agreed to put bolts in the deck since my husband showed concern and nothing to date after multiple attempts. Our Destiny home is beautiful. Gorgeous finishes and an open floor plan that lets us gather together and share in our wonderful new home. Kenny has been wonderful to work with. He has helped with a few additional items we wanted and went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Kenny. And Destiny Homes. We love our new house and wake up every day grateful that we live here.

Great Home design but my experience with the builder is the reason I will tell everyone not to buy a home with Destiny homes. Poor follow through, lies, doesn’t do warranty work , and never picks up his phone. Costed me hundreds of dollars to fix what should of been covered in my warranty. It took over a year just to get my windows fixed that were leaking from day one and even then did not replace all that was promised. My poor real estate agent tried everything to help get in contact with his agent but at the end had to file a BB complaint.
