Destinations Spring Valley

I love living here since 2017. I have met great friends & neighbors to share my life with who will be forever in my memory. The staff is always so helpful & knowledgeable to share what is exciting & fun while living here. I will not move to a house when I have the best maintenance helpers ever to call. The decor is beautiful, & I love living on a resort everyday. Come visit any day, you will not be disappointed. Thanks yall!

This is my second time living at Destinations Spring Valley, and that alone says a lot. I first moved here in 2021, moved away for personal reasons unrelated to the property, and was happy to return. I’ve just renewed my lease again. The staff and office team are wonderful, the location is convenient, and the neighbors are friendly. I feel safe, comfortable, and truly at home. The grounds are beautifully maintained — it’s a lovely place to live in Las Vegas.

My wife and I moved here from the east coast 9 years ago and are sure we made the right choice. The location is very convenient and our apartment quite comfortable. Lots of activities for the residents. Maintenance is top notch and the office staff is wonderful. Nowhere else I'd rather be.

Since we moved here we have been very happy. There’s camaraderie. Wendy has been wonderful and the girls in the office are always nice. We are pleased with our experience and just renewed our lease for our first full year.
