I live here and before the owner change I was unsatisfied with my home however they have fixed a ton of stuff and Miriam is awesome she’s always checking in

I love these apts and marriam the manager is the best

Overpriced for 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. Was told it would be $1250 per month to get $1400 a month. Instead of a deposit they charge a deposit waiver fee of $36 every month and you will never see that money again. Estimated at $432 for 12 month lease. If you move out they will still charge full rent no matter how short or long you stayed. No pro rate. They stole my money using Flex. Don’t use flex either. Flex charges almost $50 on top of your rent every month. Just bad management. They told me they will send me the pro rate for rent but never did after almost 3 weeks. DO NOT MOVE OR CONSIDER TO MOVE HERE. Management only want your money and will charge you hidden fees for it. The price does not match what you’re getting. This is a smaller but great little complex! Many of the residents have been here for years, and there is a sense of community here. If you are looking for a Family Friendly and Affordable Place that is near both the I-17 and 101, I would highly recommend this place!
