Desert Senior Living Apartments

This place is a scam! Tried to do a bait and switch con on apartments in the middle of the night. Tried to tell me that the same 648 sq ft apartment costs different for everyone by random. Why would I pay over $1300 for an apartment someone else is paying $631 for? How is this legal?

I have been here in this complex for five years. NOTHING WORKS. The pool is cold year around and spa has been cold for two years. The question when will it be fixed..your guess as good as mind. There has been four mangers here, the last two has been just really bad. No security, gate that should be closed are NOT. There has been TWO drug overdose here because one apartment here is Sallowed to sell. So residents here buy and people come here to buy drugs. The manager knows this and does NOTHING. She is so rude and care less about people. Her best words are "They don't pay me to do that". So if you are looking for a place think twice before filing an app. You can call Palmdale Sheriff about the two death here. Grade this place..#-00.

They never answer the phone and they maul box is full. Being calling for 2 weeks.

I would never move in this place as soon as u walk in thru the back entrance you smell cat thesis an they never clean or pick it up the maintenance is poor and just the other day l was visiting my Niece, she lives there an its not well kept an to top it off they went up on the rent! <Ridiculous > l heard people complaining an it's a Senior building ppl there are on fixed income. The City of Palmdale is so thirsty for money? My heart goes out to the people.😢😟
