There is dog poop everywhere by my appt. Why can't ppl clean up after their dogs. Sometimes its so bad that ppl start having their dogs poop on the side walk also. It's especially bad between building one & two bc they think they can hide. PITBULL ppl pickup ur poop. By the time u walk through it all with ur food ur not hungry anymore. They don't care and the office does try to clean it up but as soon as they do this happens every single day!. I'm sick of it!.

Imagine having a pool cleaner come in and clean the pool around the end of spring, right? And then, stay with me… when peak summer hits you do not do nothing of the sorts to do anything to maintain the cleanliness of the pool at all. Which should definitely be something to consider for your residents. It literally looks and smells like what shreks swap would be like. Get it together.

TI communities is absolute trash. overran with mold from the flooding! I have NEVER seen so many roaches and bedbugs. This place is NASTY!!! DO NOT RENT FROM TI COMMUNITIES!

This place is not any different with the new management. They lied and said pools would be open after Memorial Day. No now they need a license. They lie don't move here the pools haven't been open in 3 years. Before you even think of renting here look in the back not the front. We have so many issues besides this just don't do it. Check your plumbing system first...ours has never worked right. They only want their money. You get what you pay for...

So far my experience here has been great. I've had no major issues and any issues that I did have, have been fixed in a timely manner. The apartment complex is clean quiet and friendly. The ladies in the office and the maintenance are friendly and professional.. I love it here
