I recently purchased a condo in Scottsdale that this management company manages. I have had nothing but problems with them. They are allowing construction trailers on our property illegally which I was seriously heard on one in the middle of the night. I’ve emailed them five times I’ve called them for. I’ve had no response at all. I filed a complaint with a Better Business Bureau. In the department of housing, which they don’t understand the next progression is I’m found a lawsuit for negligence and their election of duty. They have no idea the consequences of their negligence and from what I see on this page this is a common Which they will be held accountable before I guarantee you

This firm managed my community for over 20 years. They had all the knowledge and history of our unit owners, construction, changes, upgrades, problems, etc. After several years of very poor service and consistently ignoring us, our board finally vetted new property managers and ultimately chose one. When we informed Jackie at DR, she refused to provide all the historical records the new firm needed to get up to speed to help us moving into the future. Jackie took our release of them personally, but it was a business relationship, which she and her small staff largely ignored. She rebuffed all our repeated pleas for all our historical information, and now after just about 6 months, we have given up. Our new PM is unfamiliar with this lack of professional cooperation upon transfer of duties,

Possibly the most unresponsive property management company still in business. It defies all logic and business principles that this company has its doors open for business. They are completely disengaged from their own clients, in whose best interests they more often than not fail to act. Management that is both overly represented on HOA boards and woefully non- transparent in their dealings and decisions should be enough of a red flag to warrant serious scrutiny—and yet, they are so entrenched with the people they are supposed to be protecting and working for, that too few questions are asked and/or answered. Arrogance is not leadership and ignorance should not be bliss on the part of the paying customers who have little to no real idea of what is being done on their behalf and by whom. T

The whole point of a management company is to manage and this isn't their tool box. I sent emails left voicemails and no response. They are increasing our fees for third year in a row. When I reviewed where the money is spent, they are paying for a landscaping company that I have never seen once come out to the property. We don't have grass or plants to "landscape" so where is this money going to all this time.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this property management company, and I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. In fact, they deserve a big, fat zero stars. First and foremost, Shannon and Jackie's responsiveness is abysmal. It's like trying to communicate with a brick wall. They are "always on the phone" when you call. I've sent countless emails and left numerous voicemails, only to be met with silence. It's as if they have a secret competition to see how long they can ignore their owners' legitimate concerns. Negligence is the name of the game with this company. They seem to have a remarkable talent for turning a blind eye to issues.
