UPDATE: Here's my so-called "unkind" email that this manager was incapable of answering: "I understand that Sungate is on a land lease of approx $97/mo. I'm interested in relocating to the area. Can you tell me when the land lease is due for renewal and if there's any cap on any potential increase? THX" THAT was the entire initial inquiry. Incompetent, unprofessional and rude was the response as indicated below. The fact that they choose to acknowledge their shortcoming in being forthright with a potential buyer is an indication of poor management. I'll be happy to share more if anyone is interested.
