Desert Luna Apartments

Property was kept clean ,but BEWARE Property manager was shady! Complained to the rim properties office about our sketchy neighbors too and they did nothing about it! I have so much to say about this place it would go on! Property manager Carolina was horrible at this apartment made the 2 year stay very uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend it here ! If I could go back in time and choose any where else to rent I would’ve!!!!!

These apartments are pretty great! The only thing I don’t like is that it’s not a smoke free property so sometimes it smells like cigarettes outside, mostly. Also I don’t like how thin the walls are you could kinda hear your neighbors so if you have loud neighbors good luck. All my neighbors are super nice and for the most part quiet. Other than that it’s a really awesome place to stay overall. I guess everything has its pros and cons.

Great apartments!! Neighbors are really friendly, nice and clean environment, really awesome playground area for the kids! Great parking structure... But the manager seems to do above and beyond her job she seems to take things to personal and seems like she can't wait to hand out written slips for consequences, she kind of gets alil too curious about ur personal life and makes it seem like shes the owner and requires more information than a normal manager. When we first moved in we witnessed a women get evicted literally over a late or missed $20.... That lady seemed very sorry and like her luck was not doing to well at that time for her but I got the impression that she was being made of example. And unfortunately ur not allowed to have decorations on the outside of ur home my mothe

VERY CLEAN & together property. apts small and in order. they accept sec 8 ....however they expect you to pay your full months rent in advance regardless of the percentage the voucher cover$.....even tho they have accepted you and your voucher..... because they dont want to wait a week for payment from housing authority. they then will not return the balance due back to you, they keep it and apply it to your due rent for the next couple of months. great place to live however they make it difficult, do to this lil fact. Also my application was refused for submittal because i only have an email for a past rental reference. Caroline wouldnt even accept it👎👎👎

Very Secluded, quiet and Peaceful complex. Niece just moved in. Nice place.
