Nice vacation rental. Condos available for rent fully furnished from private owners. Great pool. Only 3 stars because some locals told me this area is sketchy. I personally have had no problem, but hey, I am from Chicago! Most condos empty during the summer and very cheap to rent. Come winter and spring they are full due to snowbirds and baseball spring training.

I have lived here (seasonal home) for 10 years. It is a great complex I have never had any problem with crime. I also have a fully furnished 1 bedroom unit that I rent out for seasonal vacations. Contract wrhirsch at Shaw dot ca if interested

Very well kept complex. Loved all the blooming plants, nice to have some color! Close to everything! Pool is great! Would absolutely stay here again.

in the past it was a nice place to call home, the last few years this place has changed. my car was broken in to 3 times in the past 18 months, new car never leave anything in it and with people always waiting for someone to open gate and they drive in behind you you never know who is supposed to be in this complex. moving out

Really pretty landscaping and nice condos. I just helped my client buy a 2 bed 2 bath gorgeous condo for $181K. They have some 1 & 1s and some 3 & 2s also.
