These people are scammers that don't follow the fair credit act. They denied my wife and I, even tho we make more than 3 times the asked price for "bad referral" they never even called anyone for a referral. They failed my wife for "failing background" she's never been arrested and failed me for bad background for a felony as a minor that is over 23 years old. They use unfair housing practices. Best believe boli, and the fair housing agency will be informed of their illegal screening practices.

We lived in our home with them for 5 years. It was a great property and provided us with many great memories. We did get charged heftily for move out costs that maybe we don’t fully agree with but ultimately it was a good living experience for our family. Just don't. Stay away. If you want to wonder, day by day, if you will be kicked out of your rental, rent from DPM! I was a victim for about 7 years. They do their "inspections" twice a year. I was lucky enough to know the home owners, so they could call out their bs. I, and my many roommates over the years, were threatened to be kicked out for many, really petty reasons. The most petty being a dirty sink, that was stained by age and was scrubbed prior to inspection. They threatened us with eviction, over a dirty sink. Not to mention all of the other times I was threatened with eviction over petty problems over many years. My friends and I found a beautiful property through this management company. We decided to apply and were told that only one applicant has to pay $50 for all other applicants, this was confirmed by their employees over the phone. Once we paid and waited, we eventually achieved first in line. They then told us to pay $60 for every applicant, which came out to be $250. They gave us roughly three hours to provide more information about each applicant, in which we weren’t able to fulfill in time. We were then returned back to second in line. They told us that their next in line client would have 24 hours to do the same. They gave us only three hours to respond, while giving their next client 24 hours.
