Beware when working with this unethical broker and their agents. I’m a seasoned investor, purchasing over 4 homes in this crazy market within the last year. I have never experienced this type of unethical behavior and the lack of professionalism. This broker, and her agent Catherine wyman toyed with myself and agent for over 2 days. Essentially, they used my offer to negotiate and raise a bidding war. In the end, the selling agent (Catherine) also brought to the table a buyer that supposedly went $1000 over my escalated price. We went back and forth for two days, verbally agreed on terms and never got a signed contract back. Keeping in mind, I was the only written contract/offer on the table, everything else used to “negotiate” was verbal. Within 5 minutes, offers rose from 150 to 171k.The

This individual and her business take hard earned money from folks looking to rent through application fees and gives them thinly veiled excuses as to why they can’t rent the property. Be weary of working with this company if you work hard for your money. They love to take it from you.
