This company is one of the many company that just hire workers!!! I was out on medical leave for 6 months for cancer and went for rental assistance through several companies and they denied me because they didn’t know how to do w9s and I stay up to date until July with the help of short term and friends!! And they tried to evict me for 61.39$ wow 😮 I really want to just own my own and get from under them !! Rental properties are all about money

DO NOT RENT WITH A DENHOLTZ PROPERTY. We just signed a lease with Denholtz at Solo North Bergen and their management is terrible. One of the worst managements I've ever had to deal with. Edgestone, the property manager is not the sharpest tool in the shed. He's also a liar and doesn't ever seem to know what he's talking about. First issue was the lease was wrong and I had to tell him to change the dates on our agreement before we signed the lease. Secondly when we moved in our apartment was not move in ready (see below for explanation). Next, they will not give out an extra key for a dog walker and were told to just figure it out (see below for explanation). Next, we were told misinformation about the front door access for the dog walker/guests. Lastly he double booked our parking spot. T

Run by disrespectful people that ignore local ordinances and don’t respect the people and communities they work in. Not to mention they are over 2 years behind on a project. Zero professionalism.

Typical greedy developer set on destroying public open space. Their plan to rob the people of the last stretch of undeveloped beachfront on the Sandy Hook Bay is deplorable!

Greed is never a good quality. These clowns should keep their filthy hands off Atlantic Highlands. No...just ruin another NJ town with overdevelopment.
