This company is run by an individual who is childish, rude, and unprofessional. His idea of customer service rivals that of a TSA agent on Thanksgiving weekend. His primary concern is scraping as many dollars out of you as possible, and when you try to be smart about your own money, the attitude turns into tantrums, name-calling, and “punishment” behavior. I can’t say whether some things were lies or just laziness/incompetence, but either way it put me in a position I never should’ve been in as the customer. The biggest issue was a complete lack of communication, organization, and planning. Denali’s version of “being a builder” seemed to be: call a subcontractor, have them show up, and then disappear—no real coordination, no supervision, no follow-up, no quality control. I can’t tell you
