Had a terrible time trying to make upfront purchase from Rey Vasquez. He tried to extort me for money in the end, after months of following up on the same property listing. I'm very upset that he wouldn't treat me with respect and dignity.

The BEST rental company ever. As a student, I'm tight on money. They have flexible lease terms and tell you the truth 100% of the time. No random fees or spiked rent increases. They're all extremely friendly, helpful, and the response time on maintenance requests is always prompt. They make my life so much easier.

Nice people in the office. Problems get fixed in a timely matter by maintenance. Probably wouldn’t have found anything affordable if I didn’t find this place.

Best rental company I've ever worked with. They have decently priced, clean units and take care of issues promptly. Very nice and easy to deal with. And didn't make me jump through a ton of hoops in order to get moved in.

Shady business practices, i’ll think twice before leasing with them. Their properties are poorly maintained & they will keep your deposit for the end of lease maintanence and ‘repairs’ that were their resposibility to begin with.
