Customer Reviews
Stay away at all costs!!! When I moved here in spring 2022, the complex was well kept and well managed and I loved living here. Unfortunately, since the City of Austin announced that the complex will be torn down in the next 5 years for the property to be developed, management now does the absolute bare minimum. Cons: - The first building is literally crumbling AND THEY WON’T FIX IT. I don’t even know how this is legal. A chunk of bricks fell from an archway 6 weeks ago, setting off a chain reaction of the structure shifting and being incredibly dangerous. One of the columns is currently being held up BY A BUNGEE CORD (see photo). There is caution tape (which gets torn away) and a printed sign that says “use other staircase.” Lawsuit waiting to happen! - Cockroach issue is mostly resolve
I moved in this past August, and overall I'm satisfied with the unit. All in all it's a pretty chill little apartment complex. It's an older building with urban older building issues, but Harold is pretty good about fixing stuff and dealing with issues within a few days, when it goes down. Most of the people in my building are decent folks, I haven't had any issues with anyone. The neighborhood is decently quiet and super convenient for shopping and commuting. My only real complaint is that management never responds to any emails or texts from me, despite other tenants seeming to have no issue with it. Combine that with the fact that the office is only open during the time when most people are at work, and getting ahold of management has been pretty much impossible starting about 2 weeks
I have lived here for a while now, and I see how the reviews could have been bad in the past, the place was owned by a different company that really didn't care about it at all. I can vouch, it was pretty bad. LUCKILY FOR ME, THAT HAS ALL CHANGED!!! The current company has completely turned things around. The first week they were here, they repaired/replaced EVERYTHING that was broken and/or damaged around the complex. It was very refreshing to see. Amy (the super sweet office lady) and Harold (the friendliest & best maintenance man EVER) are literally two angels sent from renter heaven to whip things into shape. First off, this apartment has an amazing location. I work downtown, and can be there in 5 minutes, 8 during heavy traffic. It is surprisingly quiet, considering it's so close t
This is a nice place to live. Amy and Harold take good care of the property and are prompt in responding to service requests. My neighbors are friendly, there’s a mix of families with young kids, young professionals and some elders. The apartments are spacious for the price and have nice-looking appliances and finishings. Definitely looks like it’s been renovated recently.
Do not live here. After 10 months of constant complaints about not having a working a/c unit, constant flooding, black mold growth and a major roach infestation the management has done the bare minimum to fix anything or lied about fixing the problems. This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Do not move in, this is an unlivable apartment
