This company will not return your money to you! We put in applications for a property they had available and were told that there was a pending application at that time. We were told that our deposits for the applications would be returned if the other applicant were to be approved first. We never heard a word from them about if our applications had even been seen, if the house was taken, or an update on our refund. It has been 2 months and still absolutely no refund, no response to my voicemails or messages. Do not work with this company. They will not answer the phone, reply, and will keep your money. $150 has been lost due to poor service.
