Delta Garden Apartments

It’s a safe and quiet neighborhood, and the manager is very helpful. The access to the city bus (34 & 35) for people who don’t have cars or want to live near the main stores is good. It’s also close to UB. The houses are clean.

I have been living here for the past 6 years now. There is always issues that come up, during winter the parking lot is barely plowed. The parking lot has no lines and people park however they want to leaving no room for other cars to park. My apartment has had mold on the bathroom walls and when this issue was brought up to maintenance, all I was told was to clean it up myself because it doesn't have a window. I have used bleach, and mind you this is extremely bad for little infants to breathe in but I had to clean it myself over and over again. And even after doing so it still comes back. I have asked them to paint the bathroom, no response. Lastly, we have had issues with not getting hot water properly during winter season. I was told this entire building has 1 boiler???? I have lived here for many years and have no complaints about the apartment manager or the maintenance staff. They have always been prompt in responding to maintenance issues. The staff is friendly and respectful.The location is excellent. You are close to everything. In terms of keeping up the property, there have been many improvements including the replacement of windows, garage doors, and roofs. There is plenty of parking. The grounds are clean. I totally recommend Delta Apartments.

A good place to live. Maintenance is great other than a carpet guy that they had . I don't think he was part of the apartments. Maintenance seems to care about any issues and they get on things when they're needed. Even a lockout is friendly. My mother lived here and I'm fairly picky. I'm extremely happy with everybody there.

Beautiful and extremely convenient location! Very good maintenance service. Very satisfied with the experience. That said, I would like to make a clear point about the apartment manager. Extremely rude lady at baseline, never never never answers anything politely, be it the simplest of question. She actually snapped the phone off on my face after I asked her a simple question!
