We moved into Delta Crossing Apartments, managed by Peak Living, on August 20, 2025. From the first day, the unit has suffered serious HVAC deficiencies that make it uninhabitable. During summer, the primary bedroom received inadequate cooling despite multiple maintenance visits, with staff blaming the building’s age and layout rather than making repairs. As winter arrived, the bedroom could not be heated unless the thermostat was set to extreme levels, which dangerously overheated the rest of the apartment—especially the children’s bedrooms—causing sweating, discomfort, and distress. Property manager Kyra stated these conditions were “normal” and that the system worked as designed. I recently moved to Delta Crossing and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The property is simply gorgeous, beautifully landscaped, well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. The staff truly make the experience exceptional. Kyra, the property manager, is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home. Bruce, in maintenance, is responsive and skilled; any request I’ve had has been handled promptly and professionally. Monty, the leasing manager, made the entire leasing process seamless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place to call home in Charlotte, I highly recommend Delta Crossing. It’s a fantastic community with a wonderful team!
